About Chuck
Chuck is a passionate leader, mentor, and strategist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. As the founder and CEO of LEAD 360°, he brings more than 35 years of experience as a strategic human resources executive, guiding leaders at every level to grow, adapt, and succeed. His belief is our vision for the future is shaped not only by our past experiences but by our willingness to embrace what comes next.
Chuck’s leadership journey has helped him develop a deep understanding of teamwork, resilience, and strategic thinking. Over the years, he has applied these skills across industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, and health plans, leading HR strategies in multiple countries and supporting executives through complex challenges, including acquisitions and organizational transformations.
A firm believer in the power of leadership development, Chuck has designed and delivered programs that equip both emerging and seasoned leaders with the tools they need to thrive. Through LEAD 360°, he continues this mission, offering strategic insights, assessments, and coaching to help leaders and organizations build strong, capable teams.
